Does every service offer self-service?
No. Fulfillment depends on the service and assignment requirements. Retail inspections, field research, document posting, and environmental site reconnaissance use on-site field representatives. Specialist work requires appropriate credentials.
What information can Merlin collect?
Photographs, condition observations, questionnaire responses, site details, survey responses, and other structured information within your agreed scope.
Can I use inspection data in my existing systems?
Customer portal exports and scoped API integrations support existing workflows. Data fields, formats, authentication, and delivery requirements are agreed during onboarding.
How do I request a quote?
Choose Request a Quote, describe your service, locations, volume, and timeline, then prepare and send the email draft. The marketing website does not send requests automatically.
Are sample reports actual customer records?
No. The examples are clearly labeled illustrative reports with fictional details and generated imagery. Actual deliverables follow your assignment requirements.
