Both Contact Occupancy Inspections and No Contact Occupancy Inspections (Drive By) follow applicable FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, including all necessary postings under the applicable investor/insurer requirements, servicer instructions and local rules.
The standard exterior photo set includes the front of house, address verification, street view, left side view and right side view. Photos are taken only from permitted access points. For drive-by assignments, capture available views from the property entrance and document any views that cannot be obtained.
No-contact assignments respect bankruptcy and other contact restrictions. Any required posting is performed only when authorized and consistent with those restrictions.
